Spritz Veneziano or commonly known Aperol Spritz is an aperitif day drink and it is very easy to prepare. It is a built-in cocktail and we are using goblets for this.

• 90 ml Prosecco
• 60 ml Aperol
• Splash of soda water

Fill the glass with ice cubes then pour prosecco, Aperol and soda water. Use orange slice as a garnish.
