
This whiskey-based cocktail is the definition of “classic cocktails”.
It is very easy to make.
- 2 – 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- 50 cl Whiskey
- 1 teaspoon water
Add sugar to the rock glass and drop bitters and water on it, muddle them until the sugar dissolves. Put one large piece of ice into the glass. Pour over the whiskey. Twist the orange peel to release its oil over the glass then stir it into the cocktail.
