Before starting the recipe, I have to tell you something, there are two different pink gin and tonic recipes around. First one include pink gin, second one is include angostura bitter and regular gin

60 ml Pink Gin

120 ml Tonic Water

15 ml lemon juice

Recipe #2

60 ml Gin

120 ml Tonic Water

12 ml lemon juice

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

This is a build-in cocktail add ice first, then pour the gin and lemon then add tonic.
