
60 ml white rum
15 ml simple syrup
22,5 ml lime juice (fresh)
3 – 4 mint leaves
Muddle mint with simple syrup in the shaker, and add rum and lime juice. Shake them well, our over the ball filled with ice, crushed ice could be used. Top up with soda and garnish with mint leaves and lemon wheel. Swizzle them well.
